I left the house an hour early today on the way to school to pick up my son and decided to take my new camera, a Cannon SX530 HS along with me to see if I could get some nice photos for the readers of PicPulp.
I first stopped at a wind turbine and took a shot angled up skywards, after this, I went up a mountain and took some landscape photographs, including a dead tree. Back down the mountain, I visited my family home and took a photo of my mothers love bird in its cage and a turtle by the pond. I collected my son and took him back home where I decided to try and use the Aperture Priority mode, basically taking a photo of something small from a distance, zooming in, lowering the Aperture Priority setting and snapping, I used this mode for 3 photos, a peg on a clothes line, a flower, a Canarian plant outside our front gate and a passing airplane. This followed from last night when I took a photo of the moon in its first quarter, which I am actually quite proud of, although it took a very long time and no tripod!
I am very new to photography, so hopefully you enjoy my first try and more so, hopefully the photographs will get better. Please feel free to use them as you wish, whether you just want to view them on PicPulp or use them as a wallpapers, your website or blog.

So how did you do? You will probably find that some of the objects where easy to guess and the ones you did guess are probably either around your house or nearby. You may also find that you guessed wrong on some of the photographs and your answer was a completely different type of object. It is amazing when you view only part of an object close up and try to imagine what it is, but your brain thinks that it is an entirely different thing. It shows that although these items are around us all day long, we never actually take much notice of the detail.

]]>There may be about 3 and 3 million species of animals in earth. Animals have existed for millions of years. The earliest animals were soft bodied. There are so many amazing types of animals in planet that each has their own unique and distinguished characteristics that belongs to particular each of them. They live in different parts of world and some of animals include cat, dog, elephant, sharks, dogs, horses, dolphins, giraffes, birds, fishes, wolves and many more. Animals are divided into six groups, amphibians, birds, fish, invertebrates, mammals and reptiles. Fish may evolve from a creature similar to like coral-like sea squirt. There are many types of fish and have great importance to human beings, because of their usage as a food to them. Whale, shark and jelly fish are some well known fishes. Amphibians were first to move from life in water to life on land and there are about 5000 to 6000 species of amphibians alive today. Frog, smooth newt, fire salamander are examples. Reptiles have dry skin with scales or scutes. They have backbone and are cold blooded and can harm human beings. They start evolving 330 million years ago. But today very few reptiles remain on planet that includes crocodile, snakes, lizards etc. Birds are feathered, winged, egg-laying animals. They are vertebrate. There are many types of birds. Some are very beautiful, learn from humans and can also speak like parrots. Bird’s species are about 9800 to 10,050. Humming birds is smallest bird in the world. Mammals have backbone, have hairs on body. Mammals display a remarkable array of adaptations that enable them to inhabit a wide range of habitats. Invertebrates do not have backbone include butterfly etc.
